Stupid question

I feel rather dumb for asking this, but I was never shown how to...

I want to copy everything from problem.template.open and put all of its settings into another form. I want to copy the link record, the format control, etc. into this new form. How?

Goto the forms designer, select the form in question. Do not click on design instead look in options menu. There You should have an option called rename/copy.

For link and format control You select the record in question, change the name and click on ADD - NOT SAVE !

One caveat: this only works on the text format. You don't get the option for the link or fc record rename on the .g or .w forms.
