Hmmm... Just out of curiousity - how in the **** did you get tickets to the premiere? Me and a friend tried frantically the day the ticket booths opened here in Denmark, but the phones was busy (no wonder) and the online booking was down (again - no wonder)...

Tommy, did you camp outside of Imperial?

    Best regards,
    Michael

No I did not but one one my friends here at work did. He spent the night from sunday to monday outside Imperial. And he bought 54 tickets for co-workers at my work. And sorry he does not have any spare tickets.

I am also planning on seeing The Two Towers at our IMAX theater here. Did you actually purchase that 4 DVD set of Fellowship of the Ring? It seemed like a bit of a ripoff to me - I mean, how much stuff did they really delete out of the film? Enough to fill up a few extra DVDs? Seems like a big marketing thing, which I'm sure Lucas will do once all Star Wars movies are on DVD.

    I bought the box with 5 DVD's.

The movie is 34 minutes longer, a lot of scenes are extended and several new ones was added.

5 discs? I have the "special extended DVD version" right here and that's only 4 discs. What is the barcode on the boxset? Mine is 5-706710-068723... Have I been ripped off with a "not that special" extended version?

You have probably bought the region 2 box that only has 4 DVD's.

I bought the region 1 box which has 1 extra DVD with a national geographics documentary about the making of LOTR.
