Default SCAutomate Mail service is terminated

The SCAutomate Mail service terminated with service-specific error 911.
I can get out of the message, that it is an SCAutomate Mail specific Error-Code.
    ...it worked before!
Thanks for telling me, what 911 does mean - or could!
    Best Regards
    Bea

    Is it SCAuto on Windows?

Do you start SCAuto as a service, and if yes,
do you start it with a specific user?

Does this user has a MAPI profile (for example
    on Exchange, Outlook or so)?

Is the mail post office expired and not usable
    any more?

Sometimes this happens, if normally you
are logged in with a specific user on your
server or mailgateway and then somebody
logs this user off and logs in with another
user. Then this user cannot access to the
    ServiceCenter mailbox or mail profile.

    Regards,

    Lars

Thanks a lot for your tips!

Yes, I have a specific domain user with a mapi profile.
The same user is logged on 24 hours from our productive Server - there it works without problems!
I do have this problem on a Test-Server, which we also use for training. So I need to activate the Service manually from time to time - it is not started automatically.
I checked out all I had an idea about: ini-file is ok, SCAuto Server(ServiceCenter) ist started and I reconfigured the account on the Service -I could resolve the users name without problem.
The account of the user was also checked by Domain-Server-Administration - everything ok.
We tried to start the service with diffrent users - with Administration rights(local/Groups/Administrators).
Actually, when we try to start the Service, it looks good at the beginning and just before completing the Error-Message comes...
Of course we made a restart of the server as well.

By the way: It is not so easy for me to get to the Administration of the NT-Server(Operations) or Exchange, because both is outsourced - to two diffrent services!
They try to help - but you know, they are very fast telling me: sorry, but...
I have remote access only to the Server, where SC is running.
That's why I post my worries first here and hope. :-)
Not at least, now I'm really afraid of having this problem one day on the prod. system!

If you start the service manually,

you need to be logged in as the user, that owns that mapi profile,
or you need to start this service with the user that owns, that
    profile, that's mostly the problem.

    Dear Lars
    ops: ops: ops:
Somehow, my latest reply disappeard - it's not my turn with this problem!

But happy(very, mega) - the problem disappeared too!

Because... the mapi profile disappeared too!
I checked it all through once more - from the beginning and then I realized it!

Ok, I know, there is no excuse for me - but server operations(external) made recovery tests - they were still pending from project-times - they removed discs from running system and things like that...
It was Ok for me but I was not really aware about possible aftereffects!

Sorry, you puted so much attention on my problem and I treated your tips not really serious... I promise improvement!

    Thanks for all
    Bea
