    Default Not even webdevelopment

    This is rediculous...

Peregrine can't even develop a proper web solution to conduct a web survey.

I have taken the survey once. But I still get the popup every time I load the index page.....

I get that prompt both on my work computer and home computer.

The really funny thing was that last week I was on a unix class and checked centerpoint from a netscape on unix and there I also got it, but at that time I clicked on later. When I came home thinking that it would popup on next login it did not popup....

Default You are not the only one!

    Tommy,

Trust me, you are not the only one experiencing this. I log into the Peregrine Centerpoint support website daily and receive the popup window.

I have filled out the survey once and have clicked the "Never" button at least 50 times afterwards since the survey has come out.

I finally understand why I have had to do so much tailoring of ServiceCenter (SC4 - 4.1.1)!

    Tommy,

Are you sure that it's not something to do with your privacy/cookie settings?

I'm currently looking into this since I also get the prompt every single time I access the support site...

Yes, I see what you mean.

I've taken a look at the HTML for the form and it seems as though it's accessing another ASP page somewhere...

Still, I'm not sure if this is actually Peregrine's doing. It looks as though they're using a 3rd party (surveymonkey.com) to do the survey hosting...

Even if it is a third party delivering the survey. Pergrine should test this before publishing. But this seems to be a general issue with Peregrine

    • If it happens once, it's a bug.
    • If it happens twice, it's a feature.
    • If it happens more than twice, it's a design philosophy.
