If I want to make a chart with the number of ticket opened by operator from a particular assignment group. Is it possible to do that with only one stored query or do I have to make one stored query for each operator(11 operators = 11 stored queries)?

The result chart should show one bar per operator. Each bar is the number of tickets assigned to that operator.

Is ServiceCentre capable or is it too much for it?

I prefer not to use ServiceCenter's graph tools. This is mostly because of network management concepts that I apply to information that I want from ServiceCenter: Why give me a "point-in-time" graph, when I can have trending on the data?

To this point, what you could do is use Tommy's SCmrtg tool that will export the data to be graphed in MRTG. MRTG is an excellent tool for trending information. Check out the links below.

Kyle is right, You can use the tool SCmrtg to extract information from SC.

But You will still need to define stored queries for the data You need extracted. More detail in the link that Kyle provided. Also included in the download is example files you can modify to your needs.

But if you still prefer to have SC provide the realtime graph you would need 1 stored query for each number you want graphed. You only need 1 agent/schedule per interval you want the data updated. Lets You want all data to be updated every hour, then you need only 1 agent. However if you want some data updated every hour and other information on once a day you will need 1 agent/schedule for each interval.
